The liquidity board's row detail dialog now lists the recovery commands for each trade and transfer, in st0x-liquidity-client --env <env> form for the environment the board shows. recovery-commands.js is a copy of the SPA builders in transfer.ts. The generator inlines it with status-history.js and the mode labels, and transfer-board.test.ts checks that the copy matches the SPA.
Overall this is sound. The panel checked every command against crates/liquidity-client/src/cli.rs, and they all parse. The status, kind and direction checks match the SPA and the exporter's values. The inlined panel script declares no top-level name twice, and gen-t0-liquidity.py --check passes. One lane said the USDC fail-check prose exposes wallet roles in a public repo. Both verifiers rejected that: the same text was already public in transfer.ts, recovery-guide.json and the committed board JSON before this PR. The other gaps the lanes found (drift-test status coverage, the README paragraph, no reconcile or resume for a failed USDC bridge) are already covered by the resolved threads and their follow-ups. One small new usability point is left as a comment.

This PR adds a CLI commands section to the board's trade and transfer detail dialog. The commands come from a new recovery-commands.js, a copy of the SPA builders in transfer.ts, in client form for the selected environment. The generator inlines the file into the panel, and a drift test checks the copy against the SPA builders.
Overall read: good to merge. Every command parses against crates/liquidity-client/src/cli.rs. The generated afterRender script parses and renders the expected commands for trades, equity transfers and USDC bridges in each direction. All HTML is escaped. The one remaining point is minor: the --env prefix is built outside the tested builders and falls back to production for an unknown env. One candidate finding was dropped after verification: the per-direction fail-check text names wallet roles, but it is a verbatim copy of text that is already public in transfer.ts, SPEC.md and docs/cli-ops.md, and it has no addresses, hosts or strategy settings. The existing threads (status coverage in the test, README paragraph, failed-bridge note, stale env after a cancelled refresh, copy button) are all resolved and were not repeated.

Part of RAI-3100.
The detail dialog shows each row's recovery commands, in client form for the environment the board shows. Item 6a of the RAI-2998 stack, part 6 of 6. Ported from #1654 and #1662.
Live effect: commands an operator can copy from the board · Risk: low (text only; the bot checks every command it gets) · Ships: on merge, through the
observabilityworkflowWhy
An operator who finds a stuck transfer on the board should not have to switch to the SPA for the command.
Decisions
recovery-commands.jsis a copy of the SPA's builders intransfer.ts(feat: show the SPA's recovery commands for the operations client [RAI-3096] #1688). The generator inlines it into the panel, and the test imports it as a module through itsexportline, which the generator drops. Its Base to Alpaca fail check is the feat: show the SPA's recovery commands for the operations client [RAI-3096] #1688 text, which follows the docs: check WithdrawV2 too before failing a Base to Alpaca USDC transfer [RAI-3125] #1704 runbook.postBurnflag, which the exporter log does not carry. The dialog says to check the SPA first.Proof
recovery-commands.js.gen-t0-liquidity.py --checkpasses on all six 6a branches.crates/liquidity-client/src/cli.rs. All parse.Merge conditions
Same as the stack below. The board deploys on merge to master through the
observabilityworkflow, not with a bot release. That is safe before the bot releases:Sourcedefaults toexporter, so the published board reads the same series as today.
