Ersetzt im Kaufprozess den überholten Satz zum Wechsel über Kraken und Uniswap durch die Principal-Formulierung (Kaufpreis, Eigentumsübergang bei Gutschrift, keine treuhänderische Entgegennahme, Lieferung aus Eigenbestand), analog zur bestehenden Formulierung im Verkaufsprozess. Lieferfrist neu: in der Regel innert Minuten, in Einzelfällen länger. FAQ-Antwort zur automatischen Übertragung entsprechend angepasst. Alle vier Sprachfassungen; die deutsche Fassung ist massgebend.

1. Public PR body — internal ticket id
The description of this public pull request includes an internal ticket identifier from the bank-partner file review. Remove the id; a generic reference to that periodic review is enough. Do not copy the id into later comments.
2. French T&Cs drift from the German source (src/fr/tnc.md:171 and :175)
German (authoritative) uses Gutschrift for both title passing and the delivery clock (src/de/tnc.md:171 / :175). English follows with crediting; Italian with accredito. The new French T&C sentences use dès sa réception / après la réception du montant, while the French FAQ already says crédité (src/fr/faq.md:75). Receipt is not credit. Align the French T&Cs with the German credit anchor.
3. Two clocks in the buy section (src/de/tnc.md:175 vs :179, same pair in EN/FR/IT)
This PR replaces “several business days” with “usually a few minutes after credit”, and allows exceptional cases to take longer with no cap. The next, unchanged paragraph still says purchase routes are processed within seven business days, and that the customer must notify within that window or loses FX-rate claims. Before the change both clocks were multi-day; they are now newly inconsistent for a reader. Tie them together: minutes as the typical delivery after credit, seven business days as the outer processing/claim window, in all four languages, and keep the FAQ aligned.
What looks fine:
- Kraken/Uniswap are gone from all four T&C languages; no replacement venue is named, as intended.
- Buy-side principal language (title on credit, not fiduciary, delivery from own inventory) matches the claim in the PR body and is aligned with the existing sell-side principal sentence (
src/de/tnc.md:190). - The leftover “exchanges the equivalent … into the desired cryptocurrency” prefix is the same pattern already used on the sell side; it is inherited, not introduced here.
- Sell-side “up to seven business days” for fiat payout can remain different from crypto delivery.

Aktualisiert den Abschnitt «Prozess beim Kauf von Kryptowährungen» der AGB sowie die zugehörige FAQ-Antwort in allen vier Sprachfassungen (DE massgebend, EN/FR/IT nachgeführt).
Anlass: Unsere Bankpartnerin Olkypay hat im Rahmen der periodischen Dossier-Prüfung (Ticket KYTB26749) beanstandet, dass die öffentlich einsehbaren AGB nicht dem tatsächlichen Geschäftsmodell entsprechen, und verlangt die AGB ausdrücklich als Beleg dafür, dass eingehende Gelder mit Gutschrift Eigentum der DFX AG werden.
Änderungen (je Sprache 3 Sätze):
Bewusst nicht geändert: Es werden keine Partnernamen mehr genannt (auch kein Ersatz durch Scrypt), damit die AGB nicht erneut veralten und kein bestimmter Ausführungsweg zugesichert wird. Der übrige Absatz bleibt unangetastet (minimaler Eingriff).
