Started to fix the DPI scaling

At least this fixes a scaling issue which is a mismatch between the mouse cursor and the display pixels

I don't think this is the way to go. See #42 for reference; note the new fn signature for newFrame and the removal of some mouse position hacks from the glfw backend in particular.
