chore(phantom): update supported chains to match the current extension - #12738

Phantom no longer injects window.phantom.bitcoin (deprecated June 2026), so pairing threw "Phantom provider not found" and redirected to the install page for every user (SS-5770). Phantom has since also deprecated Sui (Sept 24, 2026) and Monad (Sept 1, 2026). - PhantomHDWallet now implements ETH and Solana only; the bitcoin and sui modules, providers, wallet methods and deps are removed - _supportsMonad is false - web and integration tests drop the Phantom-specific BTC carve-outs, which are dead now that supportsBTC is false for Phantom Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Phantom has deprecated several integrations since our adapter was written, and the first of them broke pairing outright:
window.phantom.bitcoinprovider (changelog: notice week of April 20, 2026, removed week of June 15, 2026).PhantomAdapter.pairDevicerequired that provider, so every connect attempt threwPhantom provider not foundand opened the install page, even with the extension installed.
