This PR updates D400 device feature registration to allow auto-exposure limit and auto-gain limit controls on additional (GMSL/MIPI) camera variants, while excluding the D415 GMSL PID.
Changes:
- Relax gating for
auto_exposure_limit_feature/gain_limit_featureregistration by removing the_is_mipi_deviceexclusion. - Add a PID-based exclusion for
ds::RS415_GMSL_PIDwhen registering these features.
