fix(deps): update dependencies with security advisories - #24

Refresh Cargo.lock (cargo update) to pick up patched quick-xml, quinn-proto, rustls and rustls-webpki releases and drop rkyv. Pin tauri-plugin-updater to the upstream v2 commit that bumps zip to v9 until it is published on crates.io, fixing RUSTSEC-2026-0367, RUSTSEC-2026-0368 and RUSTSEC-2026-0369.

Fixes the
Cargo auditCI job, which fails on main with 18 RustSec advisories.Changes
cargo update(semver-compatible lockfile refresh), which pulls patched versions of:zip4.6.1 -> 9.0.5 (RUSTSEC-2026-0367, -0368, -0369) comes fromtauri-plugin-updater2.14.0, the latest release on crates.io, which still requireszip ^4. Upstream already bumped it to zip 9 on thev2branch (chore(deps): update rust crate zip to v9 tauri-apps/plugins-workspace#3698, the only updater change since 2.14.0) but has not published it yet. A[patch.crates-io]pinstauri-plugin-updaterto that commit (ba98bfadc4). Remove it once 2.14.1 is released.No application code changes and no new audit ignores.
