This pull request is not intended to be merged, but merely a hint that I have created a test branch of the demo theme that fundamentally works with Typyo3 v11 and v12. However, I did not fix all issues. There are still many CSS problems because of DOM changes. Also, I was not able test every plugin.
Maybe this branch helps someone in updating their own theme for Typo3 v11 and v12.
