Completes PR #68 by translating the parts it missed: the Aikido extension frontend (component.js + index.html), Aikido backend and MCP tool descriptions (index.js, aikido-mcp-server.js), and remaining Dutch error/console strings in the gateway (api.ts, auth.ts, dns-egress.ts, extensions/loader.ts).
