feat(guide): how to choose an AI job search agent, at /ai-job-search - #222

Rewrites the AI job search guide as seven questions to ask before choosing an agent, in English and Spanish, and moves it out of /blog to a URL that repeats the query: /ai-job-search and /es/ai-job-search. The old URL and the two redirects that pointed at it answer 301 in one hop, and IndexNow announces the old URLs on the deploy. The funnel line was set as a signed quote and is not a literal one, so it moves to the guide's voice. Only the default scanner uses no AI tokens, and a local model keeps the CV on the computer, not everything. Adds the waitlist line for readers who don't use a coding CLI.
