Preserve delivered Canvas, attachment, browser isolation and macOS packaging behavior while integrating Windows/Linux native launchers and installer acceptance. Verified fresh install, full build and typecheck, 805 passing unit tests (12 Windows-only skips), 234 desktop and 7 site E2E tests. Final native hosted acceptance remains required. Coven-Harness: Codex / gpt-6-astra
Distinguish the candidate reconciled against main from shipped main, and source/configuration review from native installed acceptance. Coven-Harness: Codex / gpt-6-astra
Return to welcome before either demo entry path so a preceding paired-flow failure cannot block the Back regression. Preserve deep-link and navigation assertions and record current native installer evidence. Verified a real saved-pairing failing/passing reproduction, all 33 native unit and 28 UI tests, build, typecheck, and 805 repository unit tests (12 Windows-only skips). Fresh hosted gates remain required. Coven-Harness: Codex / gpt-6-astra
Integrate main 595c676 after the Knowledge prerequisite while retaining the native platform and iPhone demo setup changes. Record the verified 808-unit, 234-desktop and seven-site integration gate, and distinguish installer candidates from pending release publication. Coven-Harness: Codex / gpt-6-astra

Prepare native Windows x64 NSIS and Linux x64 AppImage/Debian installers, with native CLI/process supervision, portable packaging, and encrypted credential storage checks. Windows installers are unsigned and per-user as requested; Windows/Linux updates remain manual. macOS signing requirements remain intact.
Reconciled against actual main
595c676after Canvas #164, worktree hygiene #171 and Knowledge repair #175. Current signed head ise18f1c1. The CLI-only execution architecture and current Canvas, browser isolation, attachments and Store integration are retained.Validation:
e18f1c1passed sixteen Windows CLI/PTY checks, six cleanup cycles, three NSIS launches, eight Linux package launches and three KWallet5 launches. Linux also passed four applicable CLI and seven terminal checks, with twelve Windows-only and two platform/shell skips. Five evidence archives matched GitHub digests/sizes and passed ZIP CRC checks; installed reports and checkout logs identify test merge0d44afe(parents595c676+e18f1c1), whose tree equals the reviewed head. Reports verify encrypted persistence/refusal, FUSE mounting and synthetic package replacement/uninstall retention; earlier native receipts remain archived.e18f1c1: push and PR. Each passed 807 unit tests (13 platform/opt-in skips), all 234 desktop E2E tests and seven site tests. Raw log sizes/digests and counts were independently verified. The push iPhone job passed all 28 UI tests. The optional PR iPhone job completed after protected merge with 27 UI passes and one failure atCompanionFlowTests.swift:263: the “Forget paired Mac” button did not become ready within 30 seconds. All 17 Demo tests passed. Failure artifacts are retained and the Companion owner is investigating; the cause is unproven. No all-checks-green claim is made.Preserved failure evidence includes the earlier iPhone keyboard/gesture stall and saved-pairing setup dependency, plus the
a4112a7PR macOS reload/unroute timeout. #175 supplies the Knowledge CLI stream separation and explicit reload-test synchronization; it passed its protected required checks before landing. Its optional push iPhone pairing-input failure remains separately recorded with the Companion owner. No upstream keyboard or WebSocket defect is claimed fixed by these changes.Remaining release scope: installed CLI probes establish discovery/version only; provider-account acceptance, KWallet6/full graphical sessions and historical schema migration remain unproven. Synthetic same-source upgrades verify package replacement. The release workflow currently uploads macOS artifacts only; candidate Actions artifacts are not public releases. Acceptance and publication of exact tagged Windows/Linux installers remain pending. Updater draft recovery and signed macOS A-to-B acceptance are tracked separately.
