在 `build.gradle.kts` 文件中添加 Kotlin 插件以支持 Kotlin 语言的开发。
在 `android` 块中添加 `kotlinOptions` 块，设置 `jvmTarget` 为 "11" 以匹配 Java 的编译版本。
在 `dependencies` 块中添加 `implementation(libs.core.ktx)` 以引入 Kotlin 标准库的 Android 扩展。
在 `build.gradle.kts` 文件的顶层 `plugins` 块中添加 Kotlin 插件的应用声明。
在 `libs.versions.toml` 文件中添加 Kotlin 的版本定义 `kotlin = "2.2.0"`。
在 `libs.versions.toml` 文件中添加 `core-ktx` 的版本定义 `coreKtx = "1.10.1"`。
在 `plugins` 块中添加 `kotlin-android` 插件的定义 `kotlin-android = { id = "org.jetbrains.kotlin.android", version.ref = "kotlin" }`
