ci: build and test the desktop suite on Linux and macOS - #514

Two new jobs next to the Windows suite job, which stays as it is: - desktop suite (linux): ubuntu-latest with the packages gpui needs, clippy -D warnings, tests under Xvfb. A trial run on this exact recipe built, linted and passed all 465 suite tests with no code changes. - desktop suite (macos): macos-latest (arm64), clippy and tests, so a macOS break fails its PR instead of the release build. Adds two CI jobs for the desktop suite next to the existing Windows job (unchanged):
ubuntu-latest, installs the system packages gpui needs,cargo clippy -D warningsandcargo testunderxvfb-run. The same recipe ran on the trial branch (https://github.com/yeroo/docxy/actions/runs/36411126454): clean build, no clippy warnings, 465/465 tests.macos-latest(arm64), clippy + tests, so a macOS break fails the PR that caused it rather than the release build.Closes #505. Part of #504 (CI; the Linux release artifact is still to do).
