Noctis routes browser traffic through your own proxy server and leaves the rest of the system alone. A native helper runs a local sing-box, Xray or mihomo core, so the extension speaks VLESS and VLESS Reality, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, Hysteria2, TUIC, WireGuard, AnyTLS and ShadowTLS. Per-host rules decide whether a request takes the proxy or goes direct.

This pull request also adds a Privacy & Networking category, placed alphabetically between Photos and Productivity, with a matching line in the table of contents. Security & Trust covers tools that audit other extensions, so an extension that changes how the browser reaches the network does not belong there. Happy to drop the new category and file the entry elsewhere if you would rather keep the list shorter.

Disclosure: I wrote Noctis.
