What this adds

One row under Productivity, placed alphabetically between Vidora and Vimium.

Why it belongs

It reads captions from the page itself rather than scraping YouTube from a server, which is why it still works on videos whose transcript panel is unavailable. Export is TXT, SRT, VTT or Word; notes carry a timestamp that links back to the exact moment.

The section already carries YouTube-specific tools (Video Blocker, Zenith - Upgrade for YouTube) and product-site URLs rather than store links (CiteMe, Detox, ZenHub), so both the category and the link style match what is there.
