Scaffold a production-ready SaaS project in one Claude Code session. No templates — Claude generates everything fresh using the latest versions and patterns.

Quick Start

Prerequisites

• Homebrew
• Node.js (latest)
• pnpm (latest)
• GitHub CLI — Install with brew install gh, then run gh auth login

What /init Does

1. Checks stack freshness (are the recommended tools still the best?)
2. Asks a product brief (name, users, domain)
3. Collaborates on design direction
4. Generates the project — every file, verified end-to-end
5. Sets up AI tooling (MCP servers, skills, commit tracking)
6. Creates a private GitHub repo with CI/CD, preview deploys, and Dependabot

What You Get

A working monorepo with a full AI harness — Claude can autonomously build, test, and ship features from a single prompt.

Improving the Maker

Edit src/stack.yaml (technologies) or src/harness.yaml (AI workflow). The next /init uses your changes.
