Fixes #77.

-Status now traces each running native host to the browser that spawned it. A host from a browser other than the managed one is listed, and -Status exits 3 when that browser lacks --disable-features=CalculateNativeWinOcclusion. Orphan cleanup in -Restart uses the same ancestry walk.

Live on the owner workstation:

  host pid 22228 belongs to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoftdge\Application\msedge.exe pid 30900 (without --disable-features=CalculateNativeWinOcclusion)
WARNING: SourceCapsule is also loaded in another browser. ...
exit: 3

Test: test/native-host.test.mjs adds a Windows-only check with a renamed signed node.exe standing in for Edge (Smart App Control blocks an unsigned stand-in). It fails on main and passes here. CI is Ubuntu, so it runs locally only, like the other launcher checks.

-Status looked only at the managed browser. With Edge's startup boost
running the extension windowless from sign-in, Edge's host owned the
capture pipe, captures ran without the occlusion flag, and -Status
blamed a Brave that lacked the extension. It now traces every host to
the browser that spawned it, lists foreign ones, and exits 3 when that
browser lacks --disable-features=CalculateNativeWinOcclusion.
