Add entries for registry editor in Chinese localization.
Added localization entries for the registry editor.
Added entries for Registry Editor in lang_en.properties.
Added update details for version 10.2.3 including registry editor and translation fixes.
Updated background colors and added backdrop filters for various elements to enhance UI aesthetics.
Updated various translations for consistency and clarity in the Traditional Chinese language properties file.
Added new entries for registry editor in Chinese localization.
