GitHub retired the ubuntu-20.04 hosted runner image, so jobs that request it stay queued until they are cancelled after 24h.

GitHub retired the
ubuntu-20.04hosted runner image, so the two nginx 1.22.1 matrix jobs never get a runner: they stay queued for 24h and are then cancelled (e.g. the runs for #327 and for the #303 merge).This moves those two jobs to
ubuntu-24.04and keeps nginx 1.22.1, so CI still covers two nginx versions (1.22.1 and 1.23.4) with both GCC and Clang.
