Hi, I'm Nick 👋

Software architect with 20+ years in production systems — from Assembly to Rust. Techstars Boston '15 alum, 12+ shipped apps. These days I ship real products with AI and show what actually works.

  • AI-Vault — a curated vault of practical AI engineering resources: LLM apps, agentic coding, RAG, local models
  • Local-OCR — a local, privacy-focused converter of PDFs and images to structured Markdown

Languages over the years: Python (since 2006), JavaScript (since 2009), Swift (since 2014), Rust for desktop and systems work — plus Go, Lisp, and Assembly when the job calls for it.
