- Adds a new segmenter.md doc which explains the segmenter, replaces the obsolete closure_glyph_segmentation docs.
- Adds documentation for dependency graph condition extraction.
- Move compiler.md out of docs/experimental.
- Update README.md to point to the compiler and segmenter docs.
- Mark the closure_glyph_segmentation* documents as obsolete.
