Add the possibility of importing a scriptPubKey to watch and notify about. Using desriptors. no need to support confidentiality. It could be a good occasion to also start supporting introspection-related fragments
Mant RPCs would be disabled (signing, blinding etc..) but could be helpful as watcher service for clients. Webhooks would be great!
