- Added EXTERNAL_DRAIN_CONFIG environment variable to bitcoin-shkeeper container
- Config is passed as JSON string via toJson | quote
- Enables runtime configuration of external drain (AML / regular split) without code changes
- Keeps config centralized in Helm values instead of hardcoding inside service
