Updates the color palette in the theme file to a new green/earth-toned scheme, replacing the previous blue-based palette.
Changes:
- Replaced primary/primaryLight blues with green hex values
- Converted named colors (green, red, yellow, cyan) to specific hex values for a consistent muted earth-tone aesthetic
- Updated background and border colors to darker green-tinted variants
