feat: lexe.pay invoices/offers with BOLT12 payer proofs - #1

Add lexe.pay and lexe.analyze so an MCP client can pay a BOLT11 invoice or BOLT12 offer from the caller's Lexe node. Settled offer pays mint a sidecar payer proof and return proof_url on lnproof.space. On-chain sends are refused. L402 receive hop is unchanged. Goal: Let an MCP client say “pay this invoice
<lnbc…|lno1…>” and have lexe-mcp send from the caller’s Lexe node.L402 is unchanged and out of scope for this work.
