This corresponds to the new logic implemented in systemd/systemd#41543: it allows type1 entries to pass parameterization via sysexts/confexts/creds similar to how we support this for type2 already.

Let's pick up all kinds of sidecars and show them, not just addons This also fixes some issues regarding "root" directory handling. In one context we'd resolve a directory claiming it was a "root", but it wasn't. Implements: uapi-group/specifications#212
