"Object Graph cannot be null" error

While using the tool repeatedly on a given event (sometimes adjusting the length of certain videos to get more announcer content), I would intermittently run into the following error. When I clicked “Get Match Data” for my event (FIM Kingsford), I am getting an error message that “Object Graph cannot be null.” I do not get an error for any other event.

I found that if I deleted the various “frcv…tion*” folders in .../AppData/Local/Apps/2.0, and re-installed the application, then it worked again.
