Rename the project across docs, code, comments, Kconfig symbols, file names, GitHub Actions and links: - TuyaOpenClaw -> TClaw (prose, doc titles, workflow names, repo URLs) - TUYAOPEN_CLAW / TUYAOPENCLAW -> TCLAW (Kconfig symbols, macros) - tuyaopen_claw -> tclaw (source file names, symbols) - tuyaopenclaw -> tclaw (device-id default, doc slugs) - include/tuyaopen_claw_chat.h -> include/tclaw_chat.h - src/tuyaopen_claw_chat.c -> src/tclaw_chat.c - docs links now point at tuyaopen.ai/docs/tclaw/* The contrib.rocks contributor image URL keeps its original repo name, per the request to leave image links untouched. DuckyClaw / Ducky mascot references are intentionally left as-is. Verified with a clean T5AI build (tos.py clean -f && tos.py build). Follow-up to the mechanical rename, from a review pass:
- README.md / README_zh.md: the "Philosophy" paragraph decomposed the
*old* name ("**TuyaOpen** is the foundation … put Ducky in the
middle"), which no longer describes "TClaw". Reworded to decompose the
new name: **T** for TuyaOpen, **Claw** for the agent paradigm.
- AGENTS.md, README.md, README_zh.md: re-align the directory-tree and
startup-sequence comment columns. The old token was 8 characters
longer, so the substitution left the padding wrong.
- skills/skill_loader.c: restore the BUILTIN_SKILL_CREATOR macro's
line-continuation backslash to the block's 78-column alignment.
- include/tuya_app_config.h, tuya_app_config_secrets.h.example:
re-align the #define value columns.
- CMakeLists.txt: a comment named the source file `ducky_claw_chat.c`,
stale since an earlier rename. It is `tclaw_chat.c`.
No functional change: verified that every file in this branch is the
rename mapping applied to the pre-rename original (whitespace-
normalized), with these two README prose paragraphs as the only
content edits. Clean T5AI build passes.

Fast-forwards the SDK submodule 50 commits, from v1.8.0-14-g4e6d0e7e to
v1.9.0-36-ge82840dc.
Verified against this branch:
- Clean T5AI build passes (`tos.py clean -f && tos.py build` -> exit 0).
The new SDK pins a different T5AI platform commit (13379b63), so a
platform update is required before building; tos.py prompts for it.
- The five TCLAW_* Kconfig macros still generate the same values under
the new SDK (24576 / 32768 / 10 / 1 / 1).
- None of the four files this app overlays into ai_components
(ai_agent.{c,h}, ai_mcp_server.{c,h}) changed upstream across the
bump, so overlay/ is not masking any new upstream fix.

Renames the project from TuyaOpenClaw to TClaw across docs, skills docs, code, comments, file names, GitHub Actions and links.

Verification
above to the pre-rename original reproduces this branch exactly
(whitespace-normalized). The only content edits beyond the mapping are the
two README "Philosophy" paragraphs, which decomposed the old name and no
longer parsed after it changed.
tos.py clean -f && tos.py build→ exit 0.TCLAW_AGENT_STACK 24576,TCLAW_CONTEXT_BUF_SIZE 32768,TCLAW_HISTORY_MAX_COUNT 10,TCLAW_USE_AI_COMPONENTS 1,TCLAW_USE_EXT_RAM 1— the same values asbefore the rename — and no stale old-name key remains in the generated
config.
TuyaOpen/SDK submodule contains zero references to the renamedsymbols and its pointer is untouched.
Deliberately left alone
repo=tuya/TuyaOpenClaw(image links were out of scope; the GitHub repo is still named
TuyaOpenClawtoday, so the badge keeps working).DuckyClaw/Duckymascot references.Needs a maintainer action before merge is fully effective
release.ymlandsync-to-gitee.ymlare now gated ongithub.repository == 'tuya/TClaw'and push totuya-open/TClaw. Until theGitHub repo is renamed to
tuya/TClawand the Gitee mirror is renamed, thosejobs will silently skip (the
if:is simply false — no error surfaces).check-build.ymlhas no repo gate, so PR builds are unaffected either way.Two smaller items worth a maintainer's call, both pre-existing contracts that
this rename changes the value of:
gateway/acp_client.csends"deviceFamily": "TClaw"in the ACPconnecthandshake. This field was
"DuckyClaw"historically and already survived onerename, and the real client identity is
id: "openclaw-control-ui"(unchanged), so it looks informational — but confirm the gateway doesn't key
off it.
TCLAW_DEVICE_IDdefault is now"tclaw-001". Provisioned devices read KVapp.device_idfirst and are unaffected; only unprovisioned devices report adifferent
displayName.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
Also in this PR: TuyaOpen submodule bumped to latest master
Fast-forwards the SDK 50 commits, v1.8.0-14-g4e6d0e7e → v1.9.0-36-ge82840dc.
This is an unrelated change riding along with the rename — happy to split it into
its own PR if you'd rather review them separately.
Verified on this branch:
tos.py clean -f && tos.py build→ exit 0), with therenamed
src/tclaw_chat.ccompiling into the app.TCLAW_*Kconfig macros still generate the same values under the newSDK (24576 / 32768 / 10 / 1 / 1), so the rename and the bump don't interact.
