Adds a new OPENSTACK_DISTRO=sunbeam branch, modeled on the existing os-helm/rhoso branches: resolves the WLM DB connection string via kubectl exec into the trilio-wlm-k8s pod, and builds command_prefix/ command_prefix_wlm using kubectl exec / juju ssh instead of oc/podman. Requires new SUNBEAM_NODE_USER, SUNBEAM_NODE_IP, SUNBEAM_NAMESPACE, SUNBEAM_MACHINES_MODEL variables in openstack-setup.conf (not yet added).
