Adds Orkas, an MIT-licensed local-first desktop AI workforce, to the productivity category. A Commander coordinates built-in specialists and supported local coding agents through one conversation. The Electron/Node.js implementation is useful to study for desktop agent orchestration.

Draft generated from the official submission form and refined to the current Markdown record schema. Platform and model/service-cost caveats are explicit. Optional README badge is not a submission condition.

Submitted by the Orkas promotion campaign with AI assistance. No firsthand usage claim. The contribution follows the Code of Conduct. Schema and link checks are expected from the official contribution bot; no local build was run.
