INFO level traces/logs are usually reserved for the application. All of the existing INFO level traces were changed, except for those in examples. resolves google#536 Co-authored-by: Tim <tikue@google.com>

This adds an anymap to both server and client contexts, that can be used for saving state, or communication between hooks, service implementation and transport.
