Hold Both Buttons: Enter Menu Mode

DEVELOPEMENT / REFLASHING:

1) Download the Arduino IDE at http://arduino.cc
2) Connect your Badge via a Micro USB cable
3) Select the Correct Serial COM port in the Tools Menu in the Arduino IDE
4) Select the "Leonardo" from the Toolss -> Board Menu in the Arduino IDE
5) Open the .INO Code file, and then Press the Upload Button in the Arduino IDE
FIRST ON: If you've just reflashed the badge (and changed either the signature or the verion number), you will need to run through the Analog Stick recalibration.
1) Leave the Joystick Centered, Press Button 1 (Top Button)
2) Move the Joystick to the Top-Left Corner, Press Button 1
3) Move the Joystick to the Bottom-Right Corner, Press Button 1
