update tardy and secsock dependencies update zzz to compile on zig 0.16.0 remove unnecessary @as coercion update core.wrapping to properly support structs since now packed struct isn't allowed to hold a pointer Now we expect all struct types that aren't packed to contain a handle filed which is encoded/wrapped clean up wrapping validity checks add wrapping test for struct types fix and update compression module to latest api Signed-off-by: Bernard Assan <mega.alpha100@gmail.com>
