Upgrade to swaggo v2 was done here: #117 but since there was no update since Dec 18, 2024 I decided to create a new PR to address @hLittle comment.

Swaggo v2 adds compatibility with OpenAPI 3. Allows
swag init -v3.1to work without running sed after.
