Installing and using local transcription on Mac.

tl;dr

1. Set $language, $model and $device.
2. Run the script once to create all required directories.
3. Place audio files in directory ~/Episodes.
4. Run the script one more time.
5. The transcripts are each stored in a subfolder in the ~/Documents/Transcripts directory.
