fix(search): restore search and show richer results - #105

Custom search markup used different element IDs than PaperMod's Fuse script, so the page never initialized. Drop that override, keep a JSON index that excludes private posts, and stretch the result overlay so clicks reach the post. just serve also died on macOS because hostname -I is Linux-only and the recipe runs with pipefail. Detect the LAN address via ipconfig first.
Search results were title-only. Index those extra fields and render them on each hit so a query can be judged without opening the post. Also turn off the open-to-hire banner.
