@fingolfin Is this OK for you (specifically 895b6af)?

Now uses IdGroupsAvailable instead of ID_AVAILABLE, and it's only used inside an extension which requires SmallGrp.
I also left SmallGrp as a suggested package, to ensure it still loads together with this package if OnlyNeeded isn't specified.
