Upgrading seems easy enough by following the new env definition: https://docs.ray.io/en/latest/rllib/multi-agent-envs.html
Still, notebook fails and Ray doesn't work with debugging. Spent too much time anyways, so just keeping this open for future referenc; not working on this actively anymore.
