Superseded by #87.

This group cannot pass CI as-is. TypeScript 7 breaks declaration emit: tsup bundles rollup-plugin-dts 6.x, whose peer range is ^4.5 || ^5.0 || ^6.0, and the DTS step throws Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'useCaseSensitiveFileNames'). Reinstalling only typescript@6.0.3 into this branch's tree makes the build green, so the failure isolates to TypeScript. And @ai-sdk/provider v4 is a V3 -> V4 spec migration rather than a bump - the provider implements LanguageModelV3* and declares peerDependencies ^3.0.0.

Both majors are now ignored in .github/dependabot.yml (semver-major only; minor and patch still flow through the group). The patch-level bumps this PR carried are included in #87, along with fixes for the two open Dependabot alerts.
