Readme badges #51

Update the repository ready and corresponding badges to reflect the package versions of the docs and core package.
The badges should also include coverage of the framework code.

In order to showcase coverage it should be collected via the test runs.
The coverage and changes in coverage should also be reported during pull requests.
Add a corresponding GitHub action in the workflow.
