The tracker still listed hosted cross-browser CI as pending after PR #14 merged. Record the successful PR and main runs, and make the remaining human screen-reader check executable with seven concrete workflow cases and a session record.
The checklist uses the current app's labels and assessment behavior, covers navigation, errors, focus, evidence review, undo, and save/load, and distinguishes prepared cases from observed human results. README links the checklist; human verification remains open.
Validation: reviewed the steps against the HTML handlers, assessment-state specification, and existing browser workflows;
git diff --checkpasses. Documentation only. PR #14's hosted run passed all 40 browser checks and 34 Node regressions, with Python checks passing across 3.10–3.13; merged main CI also passed.
