* fix(release): guard ancestry filtering of pending commits * fix(release): print each preview commit on its own line * fix(release): pass real newlines in PR bodies
Railpack only installs versions at least 14 days old when resolving a range, so engines.node ^22.23.4 resolved to 22.23.3. An exact version in .nvmrc skips that window, and Railpack applies .nvmrc after engines.node, so .nvmrc wins. Also redeploy when .nvmrc changes.
