THORChain tx execution errors are now surfaced instead of silently swallowed, and the TCY claim flow is hardened against inbound-vault halts (redundant error alerts no longer stack on top of the chain-halted state). Test the TCY claim confirm screen: verify a clean halted-state message with no duplicate insufficient-funds/generic error text, and confirm that failing THORChain actions (repay, LP) now show descriptive errors.

RFOX

Bumps the RFOX current-epoch IPFS metadata pointer to the latest pinned hash. Data-only pointer change; sanity-check that RFOX epoch data loads correctly.
