Adds ecclesia-atlas, an open, versioned, field-sourced dataset of the Catholic Church's ecclesiastical structure in Brazil (dioceses, arquidioceses, CNBB regionals, ecclesiastical provinces), each fact carrying its own source and confidence level. MIT-licensed code, CC BY 4.0 data.
