Add "Recompile to Current VM" to Build > Scripts menu #6389
There is a reason a script author is using this or that compiler (for memory or speed), and there's not a safe recompile All scripts option that respects those choices.
The Lua plugin for VS code has that choice called "Recompile All > Current VM"
Add the same recompile option to the Build > Scripts menu.
What should it be called, exactly?

Perhaps Recompile all defaults to Current VM and then we add a Recompile As...

In the viewer, "Reset scripts" is effectively the same as "Recompile to current VM", so we do not need to add "Recompile to current VM" to the viewer.
The "Recompile to current VM" exists in the Lua plugin because the plugin handles macros and includes and other fancy features.
