Invalid rulesets now fail loudly rather than silently
Added more try...except wrappers that give context for the new ruleset errors
Renamed http-params to http-request-params
Renamed MediaParams to PrimMediaParams
Sorted the ruleset types alphabetically
Sorted the type fields alphabetically
