With automatic recovery enabled, restarting a healthy stack reuses its saved WireGuard configuration instead of rerunning PIA's latency selection. Explain this change from the earlier restart-to-refresh workflow, link to explicit one-shot regeneration, and correct the readiness description to include saved-config reuse.
Documentation only. Related to #129.
Validation: pinned Markdown lint passed across all 35 docs; changed-guide CSpell, available host pre-commit hooks, and git diff --check passed. Repository-wide CSpell reports the existing unrelated rhysd entry in .github/renovate.json5. Local make docs and make test-precommit could not complete because Docker check containers stayed in Created state. Docker-based Markdown and type hooks were skipped for the commit after host Markdown validation; CI still needs to complete those checks.
