Remove `bin/scalafmt` which no longer works.
Adjust configuration a little, to be more compatible with existing code.

Oh, that would be nice to format it, but sadly I can't merge it until #997 is merged. It will be impossible to rebase after this. I hope to return to that Scastie - Scala-CLI PR when I find time. It is on my backlog, but there are way more important tasks. |

Even though scalafmt was configured in this repo, it hasn't actually been applied in a while.
