EAPHammer supports Karma attacks. Just add the --karma flag to whatever attack you're performing.
Warning: EAPHammer does not yet support the use of ACLs to limit the scope of Karma attacks. Using the --karma flag will cause EAPHammer to attack everything within range of your wireless card. The author of this software takes no responsibility for any legal issues, ruined careers, lost friendships, or hurt feelings that result from using the --karma flag.
With that out of the way, here's a usage example:
./eaphammer -i wlan0
--essid lulz \
--cloaking full \
-c 1 \
--auth open \
--hostile-portal \
--karma
