Add AML representation for IRQ and IRQNoFlags interrupt resource descriptors. The existing Extended Interrupt Descriptor can be used to represent IRQ and IRQNoFlags, but having a direct representation provides an easier interface for users. Signed-off-by: Luiz Aoqui <lgfa29@gmail.com>
