Add support for the Interrupt Source Override and Local APIC NMI structures to the MADT table.
Summary of the PR
I recently had a requirement to add Interrupt Source Override (Sec. 5.2.12.5 of the ACPI spec.) and Local APIC NMI (Sec. 5.2.12.7 of the ACPI spec.) structures to MADT tables, so this PR expands on the existing code to support these new structures.
